What are Privier® ATM locations?  
ATM locations are places where you can transfer or receive money using Privier. ATM locations may be in supermarkets, grocery stores, check cashers, convenience stores, mailbox centers, drug stores, travel agencies, travel agencies, post offices, airports, train and bus stations, depots, bank branches, and other retailers.
 
How do I find a Privier ATM location?  
You can find a nearby ATM location.
 
Who uses the Privier Money Transfer service?  
Anyone who needs to send or receive money quickly and reliably, such as:
 
People supporting relatives or friends
Travelers in an emergency
Business people who need to send or receive money quickly for business
Someone sending money as a gift
 
What is a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)?  
Your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) will be printed out at the ATM when you complete a transaction. Your recipient will need this number when they pick up their money transfer at an ATM location. Your MTCN can also be used by you or your receiver to check your transfer online. If calling into the Customer Service Center, you will need your MTCN to identify your transfer.
 
Do I need to enroll into the Privier Money Transfer service?
No. To use Privier Money Transfer service no enrollment is required. To send or receive cash at a Privier ATM location all you need is a ATM card.
 
 
FAQs about sending money
 
How do I send money in person?  
1. Insert your bank ATM card, enter your four digit PIN, and click the "Send Cash" button on the ATM screen
2. Enter your recipient's zip/postal code
3. Provide payment for your transaction plus fees with cash
4. Take your ATM receipt which contains your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
 
What do I need to bring to send money in person?  
Bring your existing ATM card.
 
How much money can I send in person?  
Maximum permitted send amount may be lower than amount shown depending on a variety of factors, including regency, frequency and aggregate amount of past transfers and whether the current transfer is from certain states and/or to certain destinations.
 
When can I send money?  
You can generally send money 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
 
Can I use a checking account to send a money transfer in person?  
Yes, you can use your ATM card.
 
Will I be charged a cash advance fee?
No.
 
How can I find out if my money transfer has been paid?  
You can check the status from the "Track a Transfer" link at the top of any page on our Web site. You'll need to enter the sender's name and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) from the transaction.
